How accurate is the AI food analysis?
Our AI provides estimates based on visual analysis and typical serving sizes. All nutritional values are approximations and should not be used for medical or clinical purposes. For exact values, check food packaging or use manual entry.
Is my data secure?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I use StatsKey offline?
Core features work offline, including viewing logged meals and exercises. AI analysis and cloud sync require an internet connection.
How do I sync with Apple Health?
Go to Settings → Integrations → Apple Health. Grant permissions for the data types you want to sync. You can change these at any time in your iPhone's Settings.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data from our servers within 30 days.
Why isn't the camera working?
Go to iPhone Settings → StatsKey → Enable Camera. You may need to restart the app after granting permission.
Why isn't my data syncing?
Ensure you're signed in with Apple or Google and have an internet connection. Try Settings → Force Sync.
Troubleshooting
Food Not Recognized
- Take photos in good lighting
- Center food in frame
- Avoid blurry photos
- Try describing the food with text instead
HealthKit Not Syncing
- Check Settings → Privacy → Health → StatsKey
- Ensure all permissions are enabled
- Force close and reopen StatsKey
- Restart your iPhone if issues persist
Can't Sign In
- Check internet connection
- For Apple: Check Settings → Sign in with Apple
- For Google: Ensure valid Google account
- Try deleting and reinstalling the app
App Crashing
- Update to the latest version
- Restart your iPhone
