Where are my recordings saved?
When you stop a take, iPrompter saves the finished video directly to your Photos library. The scrolling script and crop guide are never burned into the recording.
Why is the camera or microphone unavailable?
Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera or Microphone and enable iPrompter. Photo add access is also required to save completed takes.
Can I use long scripts?
Yes. Paste or type your script using the Script button. Scripts remain on your device and the prompter is designed to render long documents smoothly.
How does the 9:16 crop preview work?
While holding the device horizontally, tap 9:16. The guide shows the centered vertical area that would remain after cropping for short-form video. iPrompter still records the complete horizontal frame.
How do I mirror the text?
Open Settings inside iPrompter and enable Mirror Text when using physical teleprompter glass.
Privacy
iPrompter has no accounts, ads, analytics, tracking, or cloud upload. Scripts and recordings stay on your device unless you choose to share them.
